RecommendedJust had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Sales team was very helpful in outlining all my options but were not at all pushy or trying to upset. Installers were very polite and professional. They covered any carpeting and took the time to answer any questions. Also were careful about my cat who was trying to escape! Overall great price and experience.
They are fast reliable seem to be fairly reasonable. Only a few complaints. After the job was finished the team working here didn't put back some of the things they had to move. They left the plastic they put down on the stairs. They did clean up and removed all old parts. On a scale of 5 I would give them a 4.5. I would use them again.
I just had two separate houses in Oak Park with complete HVAC systems replaced over the last two days and I couldn’t have asked for an easier and low stress experience and the men did a phenomenal job and cleaned up once they were finished installing, they even took the time to explain everything that they did and how to use all the features including the thermostat, humidifier, water pump and furnace filter. The price I was quoted for both houses, was $3000 less than what I was quoted through the program at Costco.
Update: Dave called and left a voicemail after I left this review saying he didn’t think it was fair and we owe it to him to discuss it. My husband called him back and Dave said he doesn’t think it’s fair that we said this company is dishonest. He told my husband he didn’t tell me they would eat the $105 service fee and the conversation got heated. Was having some issues with my older ac unit not blowing cold. Jimmy came out and gave it the once, twice and even a three times over and couldn't find the cause. I was very impressed that he reached out to his guys and got their opinions and even another guy near by stopped by to give it a look and together they got me right as rain. They were courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Thanks Jimmy and Ken, you guys are great!
They did an awesome job with our new air conditioning unit! Very friendly, and great communication, also a spot opened and they called to get us in 10 days early! Without us even asking. Very knowledgeable during estimate consult, and the technicians that showed up were equally on top of it! Thank you for the quick service.

We had 3 companies out to quote on replacing our A/C, furnace and hot water heater. This was the most professional experience we had. I know it’s tough with covid19 to provide the kind of customer experience we’re all familiar with, but these folks were great! Not only did they thoroughly explain options, they quoted the job immesdialy... and were the best price for same products. And we got lucky with them having a cancellation, so got installation quickly. Awesome 👏 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
On Wednesday our furnace stopped working. I called and within a couple of hours Jeff was at the house for an inspection. After the consultation, we decided to replace the 26 year old unit along with the AC unit. Today the workers arrived at their scheduled time and installed the units.
