I love, love, love my doctor. Dr. Maddox is so caring, considerate and kind! She was very supportive and eased any concerns I had during my pregnancy and through my daughter’s birth. However, the practice as a whole has one doctor that both myself and several pregnant woman I know have had major issues with. He has shown himself to be uncaring, and completely inappropriate in his willingness to care for his patients. I would advise anyone becoming a new patient to check up on who you see. If I could leave 10 stars I would. I have been looking for a women’s health doctor for over a year and I am so grateful that I was able to find Dr. Banks. He listened to all of my concerns regarding my birth control experiences over the years and not only explained what had gone wrong over the years, but a plan on what we can do moving forward. Dr. Aultman is phenomenal, and I would recommend her to anyone. On top of being extremely smart, she takes exceptional care of her patients and is a fantastic listener. She prioritizes spending time with her patients and makes sure they are listened too and that all questions are addressed. Great personality and sense of humor, too.
They changed my appointment but didn’t tell me and then acted like it was my fault when I showed up on the wrong day. Very unprofessional. If even one person had apologized for the mixup, I would not be posting this review.
Dr.Lenhard is the absolute best obgyb I’ve ever seen. We had our third and probably last child with him, the entire pregnancy he was so caring snd listened to all my concerns, I had to have a c section because little man decided to flip to breach a few weeks before I was due and he made sure I was comfortable in a pretty scary situation.
