Changing to one star after about a third of the shingles started falling off the roof. Alex no longer is there. Owner was rough to deal with. No communication or help with resolution. Had to go to GAf and have a different company repair it. They also claim they are a member of the roofing association-they aren’t. Completely different company. Avoid at all costs. Your business has been harassing me for 3 months. You have texted and called me over 36 times, inquiring if you can check my roof. I have told you the last 17 times to TAKE ME OFF OF YOUR LIST. The last one was today and I have reported you to the state board of roofing and the Better Business Bureau. I don't care if I had a meteor sized hole in my roof, I would not use your company.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The team showed true professionalism and strong attention to detail throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was impressive and the communication was clear and honest. I truly appreciated the care and dedication which made the whole experience smooth and stress free.
