They don't answer the phone
These people never answer the phone. I contacted them three months ago, left a voicemail, and I'm still waiting for them to call back. So, I decided to give them a call again today, and they said someone would contact me by the end of the day. I'm still waiting on a call smh.
I did not feel well recently and wanted to rule out Covid. I stoped by the Crestwood location and they provided me with the Covid test. It was quick and easy to be tested and the staff were very nice. Fortunately I did not have Covid.
I called in with an urgent health concern on Thursday and they fit me in the following Tuesday. The staff were friendly, coordinated and honest with me! They were also professional. Everyone I interacted with was SO amazing! I do want to shout out Faith ( I believe that was her name?) who drew my blood. It's been years since I had such an easy time with getting my blood drawn! I will warn to not call after hours though; I received Julie on the phone and she dismissed my question without really hearing me, which was upsetting... read more
