We've been with this company for years and soon as we started have real bug problems they couldn't or wouldn't help us, they did come out and spray twice for the bugs but whatever they were using was not killing this type of bug and wouldn't admit they could not kill the bugs I was seeing after taking our money and the bug problem wasn't a roach problem it was a bug they could not identify.
