This office did not indicate they are not a preferred provider for our insurance. Though ultimately our responsibility to check. When they asked who our insurance company was, they should have indicated they were not a preferred provider. This is bad business practice and I believe also manipulative to gain full payment (more than insurance would pay them). $$$$$ seems to be priority for them.
I love the dentist and staff. They are very caring.
My son broke one of his front teeth and Dr. Butler and all the staff have been so wonderful. From my kids first visit just for cleanings to the visits for the injured tooth we have always been greeted with a smile and ALL THE STAFF have been wonderful with my children.
Wow as I'm writing this in tears I can't say enough good things about APDA we just started going here and within a week we lost our home in a fire and my son had an abscessed tooth and all of the staff made us feel so much at home and took such good care of him they made it so comfortable for him that there was no problems at all in which case usually all of our past dentist experiences at other places have been horrible! My son has seen Dr. Moss twice now and we couldn't be happier with him! He is so great with kids and always so friendly. Always has a smile on his face and answers any questions you have. My kids always look forward to their appointments at APDA!!
Dr butler is amazing my child hated going to the dentist until we started coming here there the best
We LOVE Dr. Lackey! This is an awesome place! They make sure everyone is comfortable and the visit is as pain-free as possible! Plus, they have an inside "Well Kid" play area for the little ones.
