Thanks to this awesome group that took great care of my two year old! I called first thing this morning with a dental emergency (two intruded teeth from a fall in the tub) and they got me in before lunch. They made us both feel very comfortable and made it as easy as possible when my little wasn't feeling so great.
They have been seeing all three of my children for years. They are always courteous and respectful. They explains everything they are doing before they do it, and are willing to answer any and all questions.
We've been seen here three times so far and all visits have been a great experience. My 3 year old completely flips out when it's his turn and screams at the top of his lungs. The staff does not make me feel embarrassed because of his behavior and they are not mean/aggressive with him. Everyone is friendly and the environment is inviting. I'm very pleased with the Madison location!
Five stars to everything, very clean facility, friendly staffs, kind and talented doctors most of all the dedication they show to their work. Well first impression is always the best impression,being our first visit, we were treated the best today and everyone of them gave us great respect. We are so happy that we are in good hands...
You guys are awesome! My kiddo cracked a tooth the day before school started and they worked us in even though they were booked solid. We only waited 30 minutes before he was back in the chair. Thank you for taking such good care of my kid.
