As a mother with anxiety at the dentist having a child who has mild sensory issues. I had expected more out of a pediatric facility. The tech who worked with my child was rude and unfriendly from the moment she called us back. Glaring at my child when he cried out after she hit his sore gums was ridiculous. The facility was really nice and the dentist we saw was pleasant enough.
The staff were so kind and patient that my kid forgot this was the place where tiny metal tools go in your mouth while someone says “open wider.” They explained everything, kept things fun, and made the whole visit easy for parents and kids. Honestly, if all dentists were like this, nobody would pretend to suddenly feel “sick” on appointment day.
