Front desk personnel was very nice and pleasant. Nurses were the same! Dr Long acted like a pure spoiled arrogant physician. One slip of my tongue and he was in an uproar and very unprofessional. He humiliated me and I hope no one that I recommended him to made an appointment. First visit was great, surgery great follow-up horrible!!
All good: Scheduling. Diagnostics. Communications. Recommendations. Dr. Parker took the time to explain and clarify options. Very satisfied.
Friendly, informative, courteous ready to go forward.
