Prompt to respond, competent, arrived on time, and did a thorough job (at least from what I can tell!). Found issues I would have never noticed. Processed everything quickly and had the report within a matter of hours.
Bobby did an amazing job for my home inspection. I called him, and he was able to accommodate within two days of contacting him. He didn't mind us tagging along and asking him questions. Every time he documented something, he explained what it was and how we would be able to go about fixing it, even the minor issues. Definitely worth the price. I would recommend him for sure!
Bobby is a great guy that knows what he is doing and does his job professionally without making you feel bad about tagging along with him and asking a ton of questions. His report was ready the same day, which saved us precious time in our house buying process! We will certainly call him again if we ever need an inspection and will recommend him to all our friends.
