Should have just rented the jet ski for and hour it would have been cheaper than the "Dolphin Tour" less than 10 minutes we actually spent watching dolphins surface, some site seeing was neat but if you just want to play on a jet ski in a cove rent some where else, tour started late, unorganized, tour leader didn't communicate well and the "manager" who seemed to be the one doing all the work before we started the tour didn't want to hear what I had to say and said the other customers said it was at least 30 minutes consider... read more

Hi Amy, sorry to hear about your experience. Thank you for sharing. I can assure you all of the reviews you see are 100% authentic and well deserved. We surveyed the other customers on the tour and they had a really good time so we are not sure why your experience was so disappointing. The cost of your rental is the same price if you rented 90 minutes. You don't pay additional to be on the tour. It's not uncommon for us to start late as we make sure to do thorough orientations and fuel the skis.
Best place to rent from!!! The crew were great! Saw several dolphins, as well as made great family memories! Awesome tour guide.
Our group of six rented three jet skis from Extreme Watersports and had a blast! They are very friendly and helpful. Equipment seemed like brand new. The humongous area that you can explore is beautiful. Good times.

We had SUCH A BLAST! This was our first time and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. DAVID was such an amazing tour guide. We saw so many dolphins UP CLOSE and even asked us if we'd like to try to go see more on our way back! (And yes we did get to see more!) He made it very personable for us. For it being our first time, we couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you guys for such a fun, amazing, memorable time!!
We had a blast! I would highly recommend the jet ski rental to everyone! David explained everything to us to make sure our ride went as smooth as possible. Shout out to David for helping to get everyone laughing before we left on our jet skis!
I would recommend them to anyone who visiting the Gulf Shores region. Thanks to our guide Winks we had the best time. Well worth the money!!
