Staff was wonderful and friendly from beginning to end. Knowledgeable, supportive and informative. The doctor was incredibly personable!
Let's start off with they let you know less than 24 hours before your procedure to tell you have to pay $500 or pay $100 cancelation fee. I had already started the bowl prep. I walk into a facility that looked like a third world country. People eating in the lobby, nasty, dirty place. Go to get prepped and blood all over the floor. Had to make them clean it up. Lied about how much the procedure would cost, charged us 4900 after insurance for a routine colonoscopy
I received the absolute best and most compassionate care here. I started crying and had a mini panic attack because I have anxiety about being put to sleep. The team was super compassionate and understanding with me and talked me through everything step by step, reassured me and took excellent care of me. I’m so thankful for the passion they have for their jobs and the care and compassion that was shown to me.
My team was the best!! Caring, crazy and fun staff while professional and had my best interest at heart. They made sure all my needs were met.
