Had to wait 5 hours to switch one tire! They even forgot about me to tell me my car was done as well! Never again!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place gouges you on service pricing. Thier customer service is tactless. I wouldn't touch this place for the purchase of a new vehicle with a 10ft. pole.
Don't post a tv advert offering a cash booth with no real cash in it lol, you people are terrible and desperate to try to get people that way I swear why bother putting in fine print if its so small and tiny (I have a 60in tv) and I still could barely read it.
I was told only 30 min wait for oil changes, yes an hour and thirty five mins later I was done, I'm pretty sure it doesn't take an hour and and thirty five mins to change 5 qts of oil.... Longest wait ever services writers are rude yelling across the shop while your standing right in front of them and oh yea not to mention the dude removing dents on new cars right in front of customers really smart..... Never will go back again!!!
Almost 2 hours already for oil change. Still counting. Al Piemonte need to step it up. If you gonna get service here might as well bring breakfast, lunch and dinner.
