When you have to delete a customers review because you and your entire staff know your wrong. That's fucking pathetic. Also they use their staffs personal account to rate this page to balance their ratings. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the same case on google. James douvas has terrible people skills and all together this place has a high chance of ripping you off. Have a look at the comments for yourselves .
I was recommended by my daughter and My visit was awesome! The sales rep Sebastian Garcia was very Knowledgeable and Kind. He helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for me! This was the best dealership I have went too. I would really recommend this place (Maria Torres)

Bad customer service! Oil change took over two hours and told me if I wanted car wash they need 30 more minutes I said no thanks and left. Waited with tons of employees there none asked can we help you! Bad service unprofessional employees service sucks! Never going back there! Would never purchase a vehicle in that place!
James Douvas the General Manager was amazing! Not only does he dress well he makes you feel as good he looks! Just downright honest people and a great atmosphere!!

After having a disappointing visit to the service department a couple of weeks ago, I was contacted by management who invited me back to take another look at my car. I appreciate Fred for following up on my last service and making sure my battery and car was operating okay. He explained everything that was going and check in with me periodically while I waited. I look forward to working with him again for my car service needs.
