I feel I was mislead and lied to just to come in and waste my time. I purchased a car from this dealership six months ago. That Sale person was professional and great! HE listed and got me into a 2017 Ford fusion. I was told after 6-12 months I could upgrade my vehicle. My finance company said I could do a even trade and upgrade. Al piemonte ford stole 1400 dollars from me. I bought a 2019 ford edge. The salesman Andre ******* told me no money down. I have a picture of the offer to prove it. A couple of days after I purchased the car I went back to ask about the extended warranty of the car I traded in ( which I also purchased from them, one of 6 cars I've purchased from that location) and was told the balance was used as a down payment. I will never do business with Al Piemonte Ford, and will not recommend to anyone. I purchased a brand new Ford Escape which is in for service for the 4th time in 18 months. Eight months after the purchase they replaced the engine. Short time after that it was a problem with the 4Wheel Drive system. Then spark plugs. As of 2 weeks ago, it's back in their service dept. requiring a new engine AGAIN! Where to begin. I purchased a 2015 ford edge sport recently and had numerous issues. When examining the car with my salesmen Miguel I asked him if the car had any issues mechanically. He insisted it did not. We sit down and he gives me my apr and I decide to go through with the purchase.
