This dealership is not the place you want to buy a vehicle at. Everyone all the way to the top is incompetent. Bought a vehicle here six months ago, needed to have some repairs done that would be covered under warranty. When I take it to my local dealership, they tell me that they can’t do any work because the warranty isn’t active and apparently the vehicle hasn’t even been sold. It has been over a year taking my vehicle to get the same problem repaired leading over $10k in charges that basically seem to be for diagnosis. Every time, there's a new solution for the same problem but nothing gets resolved. I have a commercial vehicle that is built to surpass the basic consumer mileage but now this repair shop has done some of their own damage as they run their guessing games that is costing me major deduction from my pocket.
Horrible rude disrespectful ignorant I don't know who the man was but he scared my father who is 82 years old. My dad recently bought a car he was pressured into buying first they ignored how much he was able to pay he was made to believe that he wasnt able to pay for the truck he wanted so they convinced him to get a different one he mentioned he was driving a van they said they could take it as a trade without seeing it they put it in the contract looking up van they find is under my sisters name because well it belongs to her. Nice Service When my friend was looking to purchase a T-Bird, we went to Al Biemonte Ford and was suprised how nice this dealership was. It's one of the largest dealer in the suburbs with a large allocation of cars. The showroom is really nice and they even have a seperate room for you to buy food and snack. Their service department was large also and even has a seperate area for washing the cars and bays. The salesman was really nice and energetic and their pricing was very good also.
Good to deal with This is where my family got our cars and we haven't had any problems. we also got good deals and the salesmen didn't try to fast talk their way into a sale. they took time to answer questions and stuff.
Five stars aren't enough!! I have nothing but love for the salespeople at Piemonte Ford in Melrose Park, IL. They are very patient and determined to help you out. A special thanks to the upper management who decided to take a chance on me. Taylor I bought a car for my family here and hd a number of problems dealing with the paperwork. The salesman, Rick Gomez, was fantastic! However, everyone else was terrible to deal with including the sales manager Chuck. I also tried to sell them a 2007 Jeep Fully loaded Jeep, "all it needs is a detail"-their words. They offered me 13,000 for it when the car at TRADE IN VLAUE was 17,000. This group are either liars and cheats or just terribly stupid.
COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE I saw a car online and had a horrible time with this dealership. The car was obviously in Melrose Park, and I live in another state. I had two salesman actually hang up on me when I had the money in hand and simply wanted to buy the car! Rude salespeople, lack of service....I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
