This dealership is not the place you want to buy a vehicle at. Everyone all the way to the top is incompetent. Bought a vehicle here six months ago, needed to have some repairs done that would be covered under warranty. When I take it to my local dealership, they tell me that they can’t do any work because the warranty isn’t active and apparently the vehicle hasn’t even been sold. It has been over a year taking my vehicle to get the same problem repaired leading over $10k in charges that basically seem to be for diagnosis. Every time, there's a new solution for the same problem but nothing gets resolved. I have a commercial vehicle that is built to surpass the basic consumer mileage but now this repair shop has done some of their own damage as they run their guessing games that is costing me major deduction from my pocket.

Horrible rude disrespectful ignorant I don't know who the man was but he scared my father who is 82 years old. This horrible disrespectful man approach my father's vehicle and opened the door he did not ask my father to please open the door he took it upon himself to open the door scared my father and was extremely rude to him. My dad recently bought a car he was pressured into buying first they ignored how much he was able to pay he was made to believe that he wasnt able to pay for the truck he wanted so they convinced him to get a different one he mentioned he was driving a van they said they could take it as a trade without seeing it they put it in the contract looking up van they find is under my sisters name because well it belongs to her. I rue the day I walked into this establishment! The young salesman I had just blatantly lied to me. He said, to me, my son, and my granddaughter, 3 times that I was getting 0% interest and it wasn't until I reviewed the contract that I was being charged 8.5% interest. I came back immediately and met with a manager. He adjusted the interest rate to 2% and gave me a 5-year warranty. That was in 2019 for a 2018-year Ecosport. Now for the biggest problem. They are full of BS. They run a bad business. I bought a ****************** 2017, to find out it is a recall on the transmission. I had 7 days to return the raggedy car, which I tried to return the car before the 7 days whereas they refused to accept the car back and return my money. They placed me with a finance company "Credit Acceptance " I refused. *****. Finance Specialist, told me I will be able to refinance with Credit Acceptance. NOT TRUE, THEY DO NOT REFINANCE!!! Dropped my car off for service on 9/2/2021. Asked ******* when I would hear something.She said tomorrow.Called the next day she said won't get to car until 3 more days. Asked why I needed an appointment when you can't even look at for 4 days. She said that's how it is.Talked with service manager who was just as unhelpful. Very bad service. How do they expect people to be without a car for that long.

Zero stars. Run as fast as you can from this dealership. We viewed a brand new car online and called to check on price and make an appointment. We arrived with the posting online and stock number and viewed the car we wanted. They actually said they were going to now charge use $5,000 more than the sticker price because the cars are in such demand. they used to be good, but now there is no customer service. my car has been in service for A MONTH .we have called several times, no one ever calls us back. even the two times we spoke to a person, namely Rebecca and Jon Fakhhoury. we spoke to him on 9/18 he swore he would call us Monday.
