Thank you, Al, for an amazing home buying experience! You were extremely patient as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted in a new home. After I settled on my specifications, you worked hard to find properties that met my specifications. Whenever I contacted you about questions, you quickly returned my calls, texts and email messages. Your real estate knowledge is unmatched. I am so happy I utilized the BEST real estate agent in the area to assist me in finding and buying my new home! <3
Unresponsive and irresponsible. Agent didn't respond to calls over a period of weeks and didn't complete agreed to tasks. Agent agreed on a credit to take care of repairs and never completed the required repairs on an FHA loan. His inaction nearly derailing the deal. Luckily the sales agent stepped in and did the work the day of closing. I'm sorry I contributed to this agents commission.
Al was very thorough, patient, friendly and there every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone else seeking to purchase a home.
