Terrible Corporation which is driven by greed and no sense of loaylatyy or care for it´s customers. Must watch out on their billing as they do overbill you if you are not carefull , they will send the same bill 3 times to be paid in different intervals of time. Last tine I will ever go to this place where employees are talking while at duty not caring about attending waiting customers. Shame on you Akumin in Wellington FL. the Mananger is good for nothing!!!!

Stay away from this place they are liars, I gave them my ins.info they told me a price over the phone I paid it when I went for my MRI then sent me a bill for 439.20 a month later. They don't tell you the full price so you can get it done then surprise you, if I knew it was going to cost me that much I would done it at the hospital when I got the order, stay away or call your ins yourself and find out the cost they are very deceptive about telling you the full cost until you've had the procedure done. I cannot believe these people my husband is having a test done i was told i cannot sit in the waiting area to wait for him i need to go down stairs and waite there are no chairs to sit and waite i had two hip replacements how the hell am supposed to stand for so long I'm in so much pain having 2 hip replacements im not supposed to be standing so long

Beware of this place!!! With a referral from my primary care physician I tried to schedule an appointment at 2999 NE 191 ST, Aventura. I was told that that location did not have a technician to perform the CT scan. Therefore we scheduled an appointment for 03/30/2021 at 10:15 AM at 400 Arthur Godfrey Road, Miami Beach. As I got there I was told that no appointment had been scheduled. Awful, awful, awful. Came up the day before to pick up and complete my paperwork for procedure day. At 10:45, I arrived 30 minutes early. They took my paperwork and I was told to go wait in my car for check in. 3 minutes later, was called back in for formal check in, then was sent back out to my car for “about 10 minutes”. I went to Lakes Radiology II this week because I needed face and chest Xray. I was impressed by the staff, equipment and facilities. I give them high marks and will recommend this business without any hesitation.

I highly recommend Preferred Imaging of McKinney. Debeborah was my technician that day and I suffer from PTSD and she was so understanding and comforting during the whole process. The front office staff was also so nice. I had the best experience coming to Preferred Imaging of McKinney. Thank you !

This place SUCKS. First, they told me that the office near my home doesn’t do the procedure that I needed, mind you, my wife just did the same procedure, that was requested by the same Dr a few months ago. So I made the appt at another location. Then I get a call saying that they received my orders from the Dr and was calling to schedule my appt. service was super good ! my appt. was 3.30 today . got there at 3.15 and was out at 3.35 ! every one was super nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
