This place changes its name more times than some people change their underwear. My wife has been going here for many many years and things have gotten progressively worse. Her appt was scheduled for 4:45pm for a mammogram and ultrasound. She arrived at 4:30pm and did not leave until 7:15pm. This is utterly ridiculous. The last time she was there for the same thing she had to wait over 2 hours. My daughter goes to DCA (Diag Centers of America) and is in and out in 30-45 minutes. Akumin schedulers are totally incompetent. I spoke with 5 different people giving them my insurance information and explaining that they needed to get authorization before my MRI. Each time they had the wrong information in the computer and said they were correcting it. Every time I checked before my appointments, the erroneous information was still in the system without any notes of my previous calls. I finally gave up and took my business elsewhere.

Stay away from these crooks. They gave me a price up front for my MRI and after paying that price in full at the time of service, they sent me a bill for 250% more and blamed it on my insurance.
