I’m giving two stars because google will allow removal of one star reviews. Elizabeth Rodriguez, FNPBC Is the worst nurse practitioner I have ever seen. She isn’t very smart and she will not listen to you. She tries to brush you off to other medical professionals so she doesn’t have to deal with you. I have been going to this clinic close to 20 years and because of her I will never go there again. I really would like to know what school would give her a degree. Awful. Awful. Awful.
I recently called to schedule an appointment for my sister and was asked about her symptoms. I briefly paused to confirm the details with my mother and then relayed the information to the receptionist. After providing the symptoms, I was informed that the schedule was fully booked. Before I could ask a follow-up question, the receptionist ended the call abruptly without asking if I had any additional inquiries.
