It would be nice for once to not have to wait for 45 minutes after you get into a room for the doctor to come in for your appointment....
Akron children’s hospital pediatrics is an awful place to take your kids. My experience with a dr there made me switch doctors. Misdiagnosed my child!! Worst place ever!!!
the staff in the office is rude and disrespectful. They were also making fun of my daughter. I've called a thousand times and I was supposed to receive a phone call back that still hasn't came. Doesn't seem like anybody there should be in the medical field
I absolutely love this facility. Dr. Newburn has been a wonderful provider for our daughter, the nurses are gentle and kind,you and the staff in the office are always so respectful. It really means a lot to me that they were able to see my daughter on such short notice yesterday, even though she had to been seen by another provider, I can't explain how much I appreciate Dr. Ezaizi (I really hope that's spelled correctly) taking the time to see her. 10/10 would most definitely recommend these folks to my fellow parents!
This office is awful the staff is unfriendly and the wait is outrageous. When you call to check in on what time your appointment is 25 mind prior to showing up and then being told at the office the doctor is an hour behind. Really you couldn’t have told me on the phone about this. If they weren’t the only office in New Philadelphia I’m sure they wouldn’t have any business.
Im always on time/early and every time I wait almost an HOUR or more AFTER my appointment time! WHAT THE HELL!?
We’ve taken our daughter there since 2006..... never had any issues with any of the pediatricians, nurses or staff!!! They’ve treated us almost like family... I’m very thankful for everyone there...
I waited over an hour to get called back to a room, then between waiting in the room and being seen it was another hour. I feel they are very inconsiderate when it comes to wait times, they need to understand children especially small children aren't going to sit there for hours. This kind of wait happens every time we go. I'm disappointed because I love our kids dr but cannot handle those kind of wait times anymore. It should be evaluated because I think they are overbooking.
