I have been dealing with ACH payment center for months now trying to pay off the astronomical invoice I was sent for simply walking into the ER with my daughter who had croup. A nurse shot medicine down my 6 month olds throat and she couldn't breath and he just STOOD THERE staring at me while i hit her back until she gagged it up so hard she threw up everywhere. The staff and doctors have never been short of amazing! Every time we’ve gone with either of my daughters we were made to feel at home. I won’t take them anywhere else!
Absolutely amazing staff and care. My daughter was well taken care of.
My daughter just came home from having her tonsils and adenoids out. The experience was made significantly better due to an incredible staff. From admissions to discharge, every single person was phenomenal. If we any of our other children needs surgery, you can count on us using Akron’s Children Hospital.
