Worst emergency room dr. Ever. DR. BILLOW never gets up and sees patients yet bills for them. Uses improper billing codes because he doesnt know the patients medical issues then refuses to take care of his mistakes. Never going back to this terrible facility.
We took out daughter here last night after she cut her foot. The staff was phenomenal! She was very scared but Teddy and the rest of the staff were so nice to her. Every nurse that walked in the room focused on trying to make her more comfortable. She had to get a total of eight stitches. The only part that bothered her was the shot to numb it and Teddy gave her a break whenever the pain got very bad. My daughter was there today to have ear tubes removed. I cannot say enough about how kind and caring everyone was to her, my husband and I! Every single person we came in contact with was absolutely wonderful! This facility has a staff to be proud of! :-)
Great place! Staff is so nice and the wait is hardly anything!
Cannot say enough good about the wonderful staff!! They are kind, funny, sweet, and so knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel that they truly care about you and your child. They are fast, friendly, and so much more. I'll never take my child anywhere else.
I cannot express enough gratitude toward the staff for taking wonderful care of my step-son. He dislocated and fractured his finger and needed a nerve block to set it back in place. They were so kind and patient with him (he's 8). They explained every step of the procedure. Wonderful people and facility!!!
