Akira is the best! From food to their service, it’s outstanding!
You wrongly accused a family of not paying their bill when they in fact paid with a $100 bill AND left a tip, then took a picture of them and blasted it on social media. And when they showed up to straighten the situation out and your surveillance footage shows that they DID pay their bill you didn’t even apologize. This is not a business I will support EVER nor will I recommend you to anyone.

Publicly blasting a couple on FB when they indeed paid there 100 dollar bill in full with no apology ???? You guys need to look in the mirror and remember that good company’s and restaurants are built on good ethics but most importantly WORD OF MOUTH PEOPLE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!
Sounds like Akita needs to publicly apologize for a mistake they made. We’re all human and it happens, but I will not be back until I see an apology.
Wrongfully accusing customers of not paying for their bill, lying about security footage, blasting innocent people on Facebook, no form of public apology when police proved that this restaurant indeed was in the wrong and not the innocent customers. No thank you!!! Doesn’t sound like a place that needs anymore of my business. I would give zero stars, but that isn’t an option.
We’ve been going to Akira since they opened...the servers know us by name and take impeccable care of us each and every time.
Dishonest behavior by the management and staff. Do not give them any more of your business
