The service dept is busy and the service reps are johnny on the spot, we took both our Edge and Explorer in for service, normal service on the Edge, oil /filter change, tire rotation, top off fluids,etc. waited seem like forever, come to find out car was ready about an hour before we finally asked about completion. recalls on the Explorer, when we got Explorer back the phone connection had been disconnected, no one advised wife that connection was disconnected, have to make another trip to Akins to get assistance.
