UGH. So many mixed feelings. First and foremost, Ralph is a nice salesman and I felt no pressure from him. I called ahead and the vehicle I was interested in was already pulled up front for our test drive. Thanks for the customer service on your end! His manager though.... Just keep looking somewhere else. I did not like the original numbers so I gave them my offer and told him to let his manager know that that was final or we had no deal.
