Great people. Sales dept. Was super helpful with my 2016 Mustang purchase last year and the service dept. Has been great to me as well. If you're looking for a car, talk to Alan O'maley and feel free to tell him Eli Pierce sent you.
Slow service .... 1 1/2-2 hours for oil change no matter what time you bring car in ... I've gone many different times and the wait is always the same...Also when I picked up my car it REEKED of smoke... so I WILL not be going back. ( also tried to tell me I needed new wiper blades when I had just replaced them a few months prior)

I went in today to look at a new truck. The salesman was helpful and I left thinking I would come back and get the truck. I called back and asked about the price. I would not get the online price because I am not going to finance with Ford but the difference in price should only be $1000.00. I said we could probably work something out. The salesman then said it would be a "short conversation". After that and reading some reviews I will take a "short drive" to another dealer.
I love this dealership!! I've bought 2 vehicles from them, my sales person was Alan O'Malley both times & I will only go to him. From Alan to Bob Ostrander, the recall guy, to Ricky in service, well, they are all the best!! You can't go wrong with this dealership! I live in Duluth and work in Midtown but it's worth every mile to drive to Winder!!
The quality of performance at Akins both in the sales and service departments is outstanding.
