This is the first new vehicle that I have owned in years. I vowed to keep up with my service on it and have. Akins is always a pleasure to deal with. Their staff is always friendly when I go in, their waiting area is comfortable, and the complimentary drinks and such are a great bonus!

Had an appointment at 10:15 to get my front end aligned after waiting an hour and 15 minutes I was told it would be another 45 minutes plus. What a waste of time I’m out!!!
I went there twice. Once in 2016 for a specific 150 supercab. Salesman tried to sell me all supercrews. So I bought one from loganville ford. After and accident in 2018 I went back to find a supercab! I even had an appointment and got blown off standing in lot shopping. So I got a great deal at Autonation Ford. What a joke. The arrogance of the sales staff is off the charts!
