We recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler JL from Akins and wanted to add a lift, tire/wheel package and receiver hitch from their Wild Willie's department. I have waited for a week now with no price quote and no follow up call. I sent an email 3 days ago on Akins website to see if I could get someone to help and zero responses so far.... Since buying our Jeep at Akins we wanted their aftermarket shop to do this work for us to maintain our warranties but it seems that we have been forgotten after the sale. Have had the worst experience ever at Akins Ford in Winder Ga. .Don'T buy a service contract and try to cancel it is a;most impossible to get you"r money. Still trying to one back
I did application online and told them I have a car that I'm still paying on and I want a certain vehicle you have and was told by Tom Sliger we will take care of your trade and come in because the van will go fast, got in he just wanted to try and sell a new vehicle because it was best for him after acting like he was getting us the van and we drove 1 hour to there and missed a day of work and he wasted our time and everything and even was making comments about my license and he tried to say I put that I work on application... read more
RecommendedI purchased a truck from Akins Ford yesterday and the overall experience was great. Alan O’Maley was the sales professional that helped me. When I arrived at the dealership he was very prepared and organized which made the whole process easy. He was honest and helpful and was the best sales person I worked with while car shopping amongst several dealerships. Noe in the finance department was quick, thorough and professional. Overall, a great experience and certainly will recommend.
