We have purchased 2 vehicles from them and our sales person that we deal with always goes above and beyond for us! Ray Bramlett is a great salesman! As for the guys that pull your credit, be very careful. We specifically told them to only pull from Ford Credit. If they would not approve us we would just go to our credit union like we did on the last one we bought. Well, they pulled it at 5 different creditors and caused our credit score to suffer from it!
