My husband went for his pre-op stuff and then never heard from them again. Still no surgery scheduled. I've currently been on hold for them for over 8 MINUTES and still have no answers. I'm thinking we need to find someone else. We loved Dr. Trivedi in our appointments but it seems his staff is SEVERELY LACKING.
Doctor was kind & patience with my housemate she’s 79 years old and you have to go very slow when talking to her. He respected her needs and was just outstanding.
Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Deceptive Behavior – Avoid This Office at All Costs I had one of the most frustrating and anxiety-inducing experiences of my life at this medical office, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unprofessional, dismissive, and outright dishonest behavior. First, the parking situation is horrible. The lot is so messed up that if you have a handicapped sticker or any mobility impairment, you’re going to have to park all the way in the back and hike to the office.
