Best Ever for naturally curly hair! Worth two hours in the car! – When a friend moved to Columbus from Chillicothe several years ago, she called and told me I had to get a haircut from Mindi - she gets curly hair. I've lived in Chicago, Philadelphia, New Orleans, you name it and have never had someone "get" my hair the way Mindi does. Poor customer service... inappropriate staff – I went to get a hair cut and was waiting for my apt. I was horrified to hear the "clerk" blatenly bad mouth a client when she left the salon! The cut was ok. Stylist was ok. I just couldnt get over the lack of respect to customers! It made you wonder what they say when you are gone! Much better places in Columbus where you feel like the diva you are!
Customer Satisfaction NOT guaranteed – This salon does not understand the meaning of customer satisfaction and their stylists lack the skills and expertise to charge their patron's $60 for a hair cut. Akada Salon – I purchased a gift certificate at a silent auction for services with Christina never having heard of Akada. This was the best purchase as she is very talented and has done very well with my hair. She really listened to what I wanted or better what I didn't want.
