Best Salon for Color – I have been going to Amy at since I moved here from LA about 4 years ago. My color is absolutely fabulous and the my hair has never been more healthy. The staff is very friendly and the salon is very efficent. No drama, no cat fighting. This is the best salon in Columbus. It is out of my way, but worth the trip! Plus, the sushi next door is good too. Parking is not bad on the weekdays, just weekends.
Awesome customer service – I became a loyal customer to Akada about 5 or 6 years ago. Since then, I have not been disappointed once. It starts when you walk in the door. The friendly person at the desk will greet you warmly and offer you something to drink. Your hair stylist is with you in a flash, with mimimal waiting. Awesome Vibe – i went to get my hair cut for the first time in over a year and my experience was great. everyone was really friendly and welcoming and tammy, the girl who cut my hair, gave me a really awesome new cut. she was really good at knowing what would look good with my face shape and making sure that it would be easy to maintain. i was also very impressed by the service. the receptionist was friendly and just about everyone complimented me on my hair when i left. the vibe overall was just really awesome. it was relax... read more
excellent experience – I went here on a recomendation from a coworker. I had been fed-up with bad hair cuts and this was the first time a stylist REALLY listened to what I wanted. Jamie not only gave me the best hair cut and color I've ever had, she listend and gave some very good hair tips. Upbeat, friendly and talented salon. I am definately going back.
Uninviting atmosphere – I go to the salon to relax and pamper myself. At first, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the establishment, but that was before I witnessed the Appointment Manager badmouthing a client she was speaking to after she got off the phone.
