ZERO stars! I purchased 3 appliances ******** refrigerator, Miele stove and dishwasher) at the ********** location in November 2021, and was promised refrigerator delivery the following week. The Miele appliances, stove and dishwasher, were not in stock, expected in January 2022. The salesperson did not schedule the refrigerator delivery,o the 2nd delivery failed because of a narrow kitchen opening, third try at delivery almost failed because the hose for the ice-maker is not included in the appliance price. I purchased over $6000 in appliances in July of 2021 for my kitchen remodel. I inspected the appliances when delivered and all appeared to be fine. After installation of the microwave it was noted that the turntable rubbed the floor of the microwave. I emailed them with photos of the defective microwave and called Airport Appliance 3 times only to be promised that I would receive a call back from the manager or sales rep. For starters I'm sorry that we have to start at one, ZERO is appropriate for the ************** *******, ** location. I purchased a $2600 Frigidaire Refrigerator in July 2020, purchased a 5 year extended warranty for $300 prior to the manufacturer's warranty expiring (one year).The refrigerator went out completely on Friday May 5, 2022 and today is May 18 and I still have not gotten a repair, a loaner, a replacement NOTHING but apologies with NO ACTION !!!!!The warranty company Epic has sent 3 service repairman to my home an... read more

Zero stars is what airport appliance in ************ gets. I went into the store purchased a refrigerator promised delivery next day and that did not happen. Three days later delivery comes but refrigerator was damaged. Next day I get another delivery with another damaged refrigerator. Since my refrigerator was not working **** the store manager then suggested for me to accept the damaged refrigerator and took my old refrigerator until I received a non damaged refrigerator. Ordered a dishwasher on 3/5 and my card was promptly charged for the item. Said they would call within 24 hours to arrange delivery. Never got the call. 9 days later I have called them no less than 8 times and left no less than 8 messages. NOT ONE CALL BACK. At this point, I think they have no intention of fulfilling my order. I have had to call my credit card company to try to resolve this issue since I can't get anyone there to call me back. Horrible customer service. On January 28, 2022, I purchased a washer/dryer set. It was an inexpensive set to be delivered to an inexpensive home. The dryer needed some adjustments like left venting and a periscope vent to the outside. What could possibly go wrong? Turns out everything could and did go wrong. The sales person was consistently rude. The manager actively lied to me and the installers were both rude and dangerous. What a joke of a company.....I paid for same-day delivery which did not happen. No apology....nothing. Just so sad, we can not honor our commitment. Avoid this business at all costs !!!!!!! Drive down the street to Friedmans !!!! It will be worth it. 1 star is an overrating of this business. *****

1/28/22 Zero starts thus far! Purchased dryer/washer set online. Was contacted within 24 hrs to set up delivery. No problem. Yet.Washer/dryer come within delivery time. Unboxed, getting ready for install. Wrong color dryer was sent by Airport Warehouse (not what I ordered), so back on truck. New delivery date/time was set without contacting us to make sure it was acceptable. 1/29/22 Good thing we were able to be home! New dryer now arrives on new scheduled date. One star is very very generous! Made an online order and the day of our scheduled delivery, find out that our appliances are backordered. But they 'could find comparable solutions'. We immediately canceled the order and got a WAY better deal from a large orange 'box store'. After a month of no refund, finally had to contest the charge. It didn't take but 12 hours for amex to refund our charge, which goes to show the lack of credibility of this sham company. Never ever buy anything from these people, EVER!
