I wish to warn consumers to avoid Airport Home Appliance in **********, **. I purchased a BOSCH dishwasher from them with an extended warranty about 3 1/2 years ago. About 8 months ago, the machine had a minor repair. The issue recently arose again and I contacted them to arrange for another repair. It took about ten days for the representative to get back to me with "the great news" that rather than "repairing" the dishwasher, they desired "to reimburse me" for the cost of that machine. After spending $5,035 on appliances, and two defective microwave ovens, where they didn't even hook up, the new range said we needed a 5/8 connector which isn't true according to a plumber we hired. In turn, we spent $800 on take-out food because they took our old stove, and we had nothing to cook on. Bought a new dryer and it does not work. Called airport appliance and they are not interested in resolving this. Say I should just call for repairs. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REPAIR A NEW DRYER. **************** is non existent! Will not ever buy anything from Airport appliance again.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had is with ********************. Delayed delivery with absolutely no communication. Several messages left, zero response ever. No returned phone call. No returned email. Item received and doesn't work. **************** was rude, lectured ** about being nice, and offered nothing but to accept it as a return and to refund **. Refused to provide warranty info, despite item coming with 2 year warranty. ******************* was lauded as a new owner a while back. Bang up job, ****!

They delivered the fridge that had a dent in the front and offered 10% discount as compensation. When it came to issuing the credit m. They shortchanged me. When inquired about the difference, they said they were going to correct the error. When they didnt, I tried to follow up but had been ignored since. Im disappointed in the credibility and trustworthiness of this business and will not recommend it to friends and family.

As a longtime client of AirportHome Appliance this last interaction was unacceptable. We ordered a refrigerator from them and unfortunately the first unit would not fit. Unfortunately, the delivery company opened the box and we were stuck with the open box fee. But after picking out the replacement refrigerator that Airport Appliance poorly handled the situation. ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS The salesman, ****** OVERCHARGED us by $301.51 on our invoice which I noticed later when I redid the calculations. And, in addition, when I requested a price match for an item posted at a lower price on their OWN website, I was given multiple excuses...oh I need to talk to my manager, sorry I'm home sick, but I will email him him today about your credit... I placed an order of thermador bundle with Airport Home Appliance on 2021/10. It first said the average deliver time is3-6monthes. And after postpone again and again! It has now told me I am the 21st on the list and maybe will receive it until December. I am pretty sure they told me I am on the second position on the list. They are liars! They just take your money, and never give the product!

Ordered a fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave with haul-away for both the fridge and range. Delivery team refused to remove the old fridge and told me I had to reschedule for another day. I was also told (after the fact) that I would be charged an additional fee for them to disassemble the fridge if they needed to do so to remove it. The delivery/haul-away team left without clearly communicating why they were refusing to take the fridge.
