After spending $5,035 on appliances, and two defective microwave ovens, where they didn't even hook up, the new range said we needed a 5/8 connector which isn't true according to a plumber we hired. In turn, we spent $800 on take-out food because they took our old stove, and we had nothing to cook on. Bought a new dryer and it does not work. Called airport appliance and they are not interested in resolving this. Say I should just call for repairs. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REPAIR A NEW DRYER. **************** is non existent! Will not ever buy anything from Airport appliance again.
The absolute worst customer service I've ever had is with ********************. Delayed delivery with absolutely no communication. Several messages left, zero response ever. No returned phone call. No returned email. Item received and doesn't work. **************** was rude, lectured ** about being nice, and offered nothing but to accept it as a return and to refund **. Refused to provide warranty info, despite item coming with 2 year warranty. ******************* was lauded as a new owner a while back. Bang up job, ****!
As a longtime client of AirportHome Appliance this last interaction was unacceptable. We ordered a refrigerator from them and unfortunately the first unit would not fit. Unfortunately, the delivery company opened the box and we were stuck with the open box fee. But after picking out the replacement refrigerator that Airport Appliance poorly handled the situation. ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS The salesman, ****** OVERCHARGED us by $301.51 on our invoice which I noticed later when I redid the calculations. I placed an order of thermador bundle with Airport Home Appliance on 2021/10. It first said the average deliver time is3-6monthes. And after postpone again and again! It has now told me I am the 21st on the list and maybe will receive it until December. I am pretty sure they told me I am on the second position on the list. They are liars! They just take your money, and never give the product!
Ordered a fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave with haul-away for both the fridge and range. Delivery team refused to remove the old fridge and told me I had to reschedule for another day. I was also told (after the fact) that I would be charged an additional fee for them to disassemble the fridge if they needed to do so to remove it. ZERO stars! I purchased 3 appliances ******** refrigerator, Miele stove and dishwasher) at the ********** location in November 2021, and was promised refrigerator delivery the following week. The Miele appliances, stove and dishwasher, were not in stock, expected in January 2022. The salesperson did not schedule the refrigerator delivery,o the 2nd delivery failed because of a narrow kitchen opening, third try at delivery almost failed because the hose for the ice-maker is not included in the appliance price. I purchased over $6000 in appliances in July of 2021 for my kitchen remodel. I inspected the appliances when delivered and all appeared to be fine. After installation of the microwave it was noted that the turntable rubbed the floor of the microwave. I emailed them with photos of the defective microwave and called Airport Appliance 3 times only to be promised that I would receive a call back from the manager or sales rep.
