Beautiful tranquil atmosphere, candles, scents, romantic, wine baths, every temperatured bath, salted mounds for exfoliating w/shower, waterfall, invigorating steam rooms, eucalyptus, lavender, massages etc...
My most favorite place ever! Just don’t get the massage, it was not even worth half the cost.
Had 30 minutes out of an hour in the spa bath. The massage was meh and no one would refund the additional 30 minutes i paid for and lost in the spa bath. The front desk lack of customer service was shocking and they let me leave without addressing any of my issues.
this was the most relaxing and amazing experiences. I mentioned in passing that it was my birthday and the staff all wished me a happy birthday. Everything was perfect.
the decor is unbelievable that alone is calming and relaxing . the staff is great and they don't allow too many people in at once so you don't feel like you're in a crowd. my favorite areas was the flotation bath and the indoor-outdoor outdoor bath. the eucalyptus steam was also great! I loved the atmosphere the candles all around the brick walls... I really felt like it was I was in some ancient European bath.
