Booking system not working, repeatedly, despite trying every possible payment option. Very frustrating. We tried over multiple days: * Several credit cards * PayPal, Google pay, Apple Pay * multiple browsers * multiple emails / names * multiple networks (cellular, WiFi) * incognito mode
For people who have never been to a spa/bath house before I understand the MARKETING appeal. However, having been to others this is a cheap knockoff of a European-style bathhouse. So if you're from that corner of the world, dont expect nearly the same quality for your dollar. It is grossly inflated to pander to those equating cost with quality. I was asked to give my name, phone number and email address so that they could look up my account. I did that and, as I expected, crickets...nothing! I think it's just a performative response to give the impression that they care. Just a waste of time.
