Posting here as I have not received a refund for the services we did not get back in July (It is now September). My husband purchased a gift card for my birthday that included the baths plus a couples’ massage with a foot scrub and hot stones. At the time of purchase, Aire was closed for renovations so we booked for a time in July once they were back open. I LOVED my visit to Aire Chicago. I was super anxious when I walked in and I left the spa feeling as light a cloud and as free as a bird. I like that just about everything you need is provided by the facility (you'll need to bring your own skincare products though). I also liked the overall layout and decor of the spa and I appreciated how clean everywhere looked. I booked the Argan Oil Massage and my massage therapist, Demaris, was fantastic. First time at AIRE Ancient Baths Chicago after wanting to go for about five years, and it did not disappoint. I did the Love Myself package, thermal baths plus a massage, and honestly every detail was thought out. Front desk was welcoming, the locker room attendant walked me through everything, and then walking through that second door into the baths was a moment, it genuinely lived up to the hype.
