I bought a physical gift box for my wife and her friend, then was informed that the spa would be undergoing construction so my wife and her friend wouldn't be able to pick it up. You'd think the fix would be simple: just convert it to a virtual gift card which would allow them to book online. After FOUR separate phone calls, this still couldn't be done, so I had to get a refund. This place is a scam! Set up a service, they notified me they will be under construction during the service and are unable to complete it on the date set. Will not refund my purchase either. They will take your money but not provide service.
Ordered an e-Gift Card and they took the money but never sent the e-gift card. Called many times over weeks of phone calls, they kept saying someone would call me, but they never did. You can only speak to a call center, there's no one else to speak to. Asked to speak to a manager, they said there is no manager. Had to eventually cancel the charge on my credit card.
