I recently visited AIRE Ancient Baths Chicago and overall the spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. However, the front desk host took away from the experience. She greeted guests with overly casual language like “hey baby” and “hey girl,” which didn’t match the upscale atmosphere. She also shared personal details about smoking and drinking, including conversations about alcohol and shots, which felt inappropriate in that setting. Update...I came back ....it was better this time...I came alone got a massage this time....I felt so relaxed when I left ....they sold far both times been amazing Great Relaxing experience Will b back Shavan the lady's room supervisor was beyond amazing Mical the lady's room staff was sweet The front desk staff and host was the greatest. IT IS WORTH THE MONEY
REFUSING TO REFUND OVER 2k in services they cancelled at no fault of our own. I have been a loyal customer of this spa chain for years and have visited four other locations with consistently excellent experiences. The treatments were always top-notch, the staff professional and attentive, and the facilities relaxing.
