I actually love the massages and the pools. I don’t like the management policy regarding gift certificates. I purchased a gift certificate for my husband. I paid $450 for the gift certificate. We booked our experience for a Tuesday. We had fantastic couple massages and enjoyed our 2 hours in the pools. When we checked out we were told that our cost was $410, but since our gift certificate was for $450 that is what we had to pay.
