Service man arrived as scheduled and did annual Spring check. Was professional and knowledgeable. I chose to go with ******** Air because the agreed to honor the rest of the 10 year warranty on the unit I bought from a company that went out of business.
Service was very timely, technician was cordial, knowledgeable and took time to explain.
Fast, professional service. Reasonably priced. I definitely will use them again.

We have dealt with ******** since 2007; they are always courteous and prompt and keep you updated on any issues found. They came out today, at no charge, to investigate a "metallic rattle" in one of our ground-level compressor units since they did our annual maint check in mid-May. quick response;expert tech! trustworthy tech who explained our problem and repaired it immediately. used another company previously who gave ***** info. only using ******** Air now!!!
Eric B**** is the reason we use this company! He is knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Eric always answers my questions - and I always have many! He is very professional and explains what he has done and what, if anything, needs to be done. We think this company's services are priced fairly and we are happy to be doing business with them.

We have them come out twice a year to check the AC & Heater. The technicians are also nice, explain everything, and always answer any questions we have. I would recommend them to anyone
