Have been using *** for many years. Tech. **** arrived on time, was very efficient during his inspection/check-up and explained the reason for each step along withe the results. Considering my A/C unit is over 20 yrs old, he suggested I think about a replacement. I agreed to let Aie-Zona review this most recent inspection and make a quote for a replacement. **** in no way pressured me into this, nor did he make any recommendations for additional work to my existing unit. Was pleased with the no "up-sale"situation.
-DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT THEY SCHEDULED AND NOTIFIED ME ABOUT.-FAILED TO CONTACT ME EVEN AFTER I PHONED THEM ABOUT THE MISSED APPOINTMENT.Contacted January 17, 2023 for some duct service. Received call that day from Pat the owner of ******** Air, we ended the call with the agreement I would be contacted at some point for a visit to discuss what the job might entail. On January 19, 2023 I received text and email notifications about an appointment scheduled for 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM January 20, 2023. No one ever called... read more
Very good company - *** inspected my premises to determine what unit was needed, & explained every aspect of a new air conditioning system. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. The installers were all courteous & professional. All done in a timely manner.

I keep coming back to ******** because they are fair, honest, and reliable company. We had a couple of issues with our AC and **** and **** went above ABA beyond to ensure that my AC was back up and running and that safety was their highest priority. Would highly recommend!

Service man arrived as scheduled and did annual Spring check. Was professional and knowledgeable. I chose to go with ******** Air because the agreed to honor the rest of the 10 year warranty on the unit I bought from a company that went out of business.
