If I could rate -5 Iwould. This was a total disappointment. They stuck us big time. We trusted them as our AC maintained for years. After lots of "repairs and tons of freon" we decided to change companies. The wasted material found in our attic and the total inappropriate work done was heart breaking. I have pictures of oversized duct that did not improve air flow and was not needed. The 16" they used was too big. Mr. Tran is among the best contractors I've ever seen for dedication and service to his customers. My air handler stopped working while Brazoria county was still sweating out the river flooding after Hurricane Harvey. Mr. Tran took my call while driving back from Austin where he had evacuated his family and came out the next day. Mr. Tran installed our Trane unit and ductwork for less than half of the next closest bid. One day service, very dependable and polite. I would recommend this company to everyone.
