Extremly terrible service!!! This company installed many items in the home when it was built in 2018/2019. Almost everything has broke! I had issues with them in making repairs and had to write a complaint years ago. Today my HVAC system went out and I called them. I was told that since I wrote a valid complaint years ago they were no longer going to service my address and to find someone else. Air Tech replaced our AC system with great service and reasonable pricing! Great customer service and communication throughout the process! Very pleased and happy with what we got!

Air Tech was called to perform warranty work on a furnace that was 4 years old. The part was covered under manufacturer warranty, but they charged just under $800 for roughly 1 to 1.5 hours of actual work. They also did not re-seal the insulation on the ducting attached to the furnace, leaving the insulation exposed. I will be going elsewhere for future HVAC services.

I have had trouble with my ductless system every year for the last 4 years. First year maintenence call, the issue was diagnosed with a patch job done. Second year, the same issue occurred and another patch job done. It then happened again, the third call a supervisor attended. We learned that the head of my ductless system was not mounted correctly. A new part needed to be ordered and installed. I called again today for the 4th year in a row.
