I have had trouble with my ductless system every year for the last 4 years. First year maintenence call, the issue was diagnosed with a patch job done. Second year, the same issue occurred and another patch job done. It then happened again, the third call a supervisor attended. These guys are the BEST hvac company in the tri-cities. I called with an emergency because my a/c unit stopped working and they had a guy out first thing to not only get our unit working again but their staff is amazing to work with. They are professional, informative, and handled all our issues with a prompt response. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!. I won't go anywhere else!!! They make sure you know what's transpiring throughout their process and make you feel like family. Extremely pleased with their services.
