An hour after I called, a tech was at my house diagnosing the problem, even though it was after hours. He was friendly, efficient, and had everything back up and running in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend and will use again!
Sam was GREAT! He was super responsive and respectful over the phone and arrived on time (in under an hour). He helped resolve an issue with my AC unit and was informative and answered all my questions. He was genuinely interested in making sure all my needs were met! He'll be my go to guy for any AC issues moving forward- I highly recommend him and this company! (Much better than the work around I got from some of the larger companies in the area.)
Been using Sam at Air Specialists for the past 5 years for any heating or cooling needs that come up. He is the only call I make. Last night my upstairs AC wasn't cooling and I didn't sweat it (pun intended) as I knew a call to Sam would get it fixed.
Sam is absolutely fantastic. I have had him come over twice, the first time was 3 years ago with a bad capacitor at around midnight. Today it was about a lose wire in my thermostat. Sam is so easy to work with and his is very fast at troubleshooting. I know this might sound weird but having Sam work on my stuff is liking having a neighbor who knows everything about HVAC come over. For those that are paranoid about over inflated pricing I think you will find working with Sam Very refreshing.

Sam and Adam are just great guys and wonderful to work with. We had a lightning strike cause havoc at our house and destroyed our HVAC system and Sam and Adam were there for us, they were prompt, courteous, understanding and just truly wonderful. We thank them and will certainly put any of our future HVAC needs in their hands...!!
