He doesn't try to upsell you unnecessary things or take advantage (which has not always been my experience with other service providers). It's uncanny how these things happen on weekends or after-hours! Sam has always come through, looking for ways to solve the problem effectively and within our budget. I got a recommendation for Air Specialists from a neighbor when our AC went out this past summer. We liked them so much, we made another call when our heat wouldn’t come on at the start of the season. Our experience has been extremely pleasant for both calls and they were quick to take care of our needs both times. Sam did a great job. He came out in the middle of the night with an hour notice and figured out the problem with my air conditioner right away. He was a huge lifesaver!
Reached out very late afternoon on a Sunday. Sam found a way to make it out that evening. He arrived at the time he quoted. He was friendly, kind and immediately on the job, thoroughly assessing the situation.
