Highly Recommended I called Air Specialists after 9pm when my AC was not working. Sam quickly established my trust on the phone when he asked what the problem was & told me to turn the system off so it wouldn't blow the compressor. He let me know when he would arrive & even got there earlier than he said. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, keeping me informed and asking for approval to repair the necessary items every step of the way. He was extremely friendly, patient, & professional. Amazingly fast - after hrs service! We came home late from work and found our AC had stopped working during the day -- it was the same temp inside as out. We quickly called Air Specialists around 7PM and shortly after 8PM Sam was there -- he quickly diagnosed our problem (having never seen our system before!) and also produced all the parts necessary to fix it. Great Service and Recommend After weeks of 90 plus heat, our upstairs ac unit stopped working on a weekend evening. Based on positive reviews, I called and Sam said he could get there that night but could also see us at 8 a,m next morning to save some money. He arrived promptly at 8 and fixed it quickly. Reasonable price, great service. Will use again.

mr Sam was fast, friendly and very polite when he came to my house to fix my ac. I had other companies come in the past and I did not like them very much. I will use Air Specialist again and recommend them to others.

fair price We live in cary,and finally found the best air conditioning service in town we called and he gave us an appointment for the same day,he told us what was wrong with our heat system we gave him the ok to repair after 20 minutes we were workingprice was fair great company i will reccomend them highly
