He not only explained the whole process in detail but also completed the job with zero complaints. Once finished, David provided me the before and after pictures which clearly tells the difference and top quality work. I highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning and remediation services.
Professional, informative and transparent. Ran was super nice and very thorough. They provide pictures and video to show you what the source of the problem is. He even got me a discount since it was a little more than I was expecting to pay. Cannot say enough good things about this experience!

David was very professional and not only did a great job, he explained everything very carefully. We had him clean our dryer vents and we feel he did a high quality job and we will be calling Air Quality Express in the future. Highly recommend!

Air Quality Express is absolutely the company you want to clean your attic. There was an abundance of feces and urine, from a variety of rodents, in my attic. All the insulation was damaged. Matilda, who takes the calls and makes appointments, makes a great first impression of the company, with her pleasant personality. Extremely polite and professional staff. High quality service with proper explanation of work performance before and after completion of work. David was a thorough professional. A bit on the high $ side compared to competition but I think well worth it. Warranty requires hiring of their services annually - I believe given the price charged, annual service should be deeply discounted or included. Regardless, no doubt I would definitely recommend them.
