We were assigned this company through Old Republic Home Warranty for an issue with our HVAC system. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the start. The technician arrived and was immediately unprofessional and discourteous. Very disappointed and hot. They came out to repair my unit. Needless to say the next day my air is still not working. Service provider told me that they are to busy to come back out. Old Republic Home Warranty sent then to repair the unit. I have been unable to reach them by phone. It's 90 degrees in my house. Service provider was paid through Old Republic

Company was sent out by my home warranty company. The “technicians” that came unplugged my compressor bc they claimed the lack of cooling was due to an “electrical issue” so I had to call an electrician who checked my wires and amps no issues electrically. Air Max is Extremely incompetent. It’s extremely hot in the summer and to have HVAC problems makes it unbearable. Do not allow these guys to work on anything for you!
This is probably the worst company I've ever encountered, one technician came to diagnose my HVAC Unit back in March of 2023, and he seemed very unsure of his knowledge, he never gave me a diagnosis and just left. I had to get another company to fix the problem and it was the compressor, 4 months later my unit went out again when it was 105 degrees or hotter.
