I'm satisfied with the air conditioner unit, installation technicians and maintenance technicians. Sebastian was my maintenance technician today. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He called me when he was en route to my house & arrived exactly (to the minute) when he said that he would. He reviewed & explained the service that he had provided and patiently answered my questions.
I have used Air Masters since 1998 their people have always been courteous polite professional and knowledgeable. Charles came out and listen to me even though he was tired and hot. And proceeded to check everything out and give me an option where there I needed to change something right away or not and then he fixed everything. My daughter and I greatly appreciate you.

Very professional. Scheduling department were very nice and took time to answer all my questions. The technician came took care of the problem and even advise us of a maintenance program.
Was thrilled that did not have to sit around all day as the serviceman was early in allotted time slot. Very personable and did not mind when I stuck my head in to see how the insides looked. Was the first serviceman in 5 years that was able to show me exactly how to set the thermostat the way I wanted it to run. Very pleased with the work.
Air Masters did a fabulous provide quick and thorough installation of my new AC unit. The technicians are top notch taking care with the surrounding, pre and post installation.
Personnel were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I am completely satisfied with all work done and the way in which it was done.
I would strongly recommend Air Masters. I've used them twice and both times they came out right away. Their techs were very professional. Thanks to Carlos and James I have ice cold air.
Full A/C (inside / outside unit) replacement of mismatched older unit (equipment from 2007 and 2014). Rep came out for an initial assessment and identified a corroded coil and leak outside. Cost was given for repair versus total replacement. Due to age of attic unit, we opted for replacement. Scheduling and install was quick, however, it was (likely) the first time AirMasters installed this particular unit and things were not calibrated correctly causing the unit to short cycle.
