Having been a customer of Air Masters for many years, what I value most is the consistency in their response to handling problems that arise from time to time. I had another issue just recently with my home AC. The tech that was dispatched (Carlos) was yet another very competent and courteous individual who identified the problem within minutes and fixed it to my satisfaction that same day. And, as busy as he was, he nevertheless patiently took the time to explain the situation to me and how to prevent it in the future.

I called your office about 8 a.m. & Scott was here before 9:30 a.m.; he immediately resolved the problem we were having. He always does a thorough job on our system, cleaning up any soiled areas & leaving no stone un turned before finishing. Regards, ********

After completing the necessary task, he spent some time with me explaining & advising what we could do to improve and extend the life of our system. Since the inception of the journey to replace my AC units in my house my experience with air masters has been nothing short of exceptional!
