i will never call them ..just wanted a yearly service...even though i have a 9 year old system ..it works fine..the service tech did absolutely nothing but tell me lies about this and that about to go bad. He suggested a new system ..bottom line is that he didnt lift one finger to service anything, just a sales pitch he was schooled at..I wanted him out of my house before he broke something....2 years later my ac is still running strong with no new parts
