My 14 year old system was on a slow roll down hill. The rep inspected my system and found that part of the problem, aside from being worn out was my Lanar "builder" model was undersized for its job. He specd and quoted me a complete new system from their in house inventory and I had it installed in a week. Their Tech's, John and Cedrick, had it installed and running by 3pm the same day even after finding the air handler they brought was dented and had a replacement delivered in an hour.
